We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our mission driven team.

About the job

We've just launched in the UK and we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who can help us make solar energy available to everyone and contribute to a more sustainable future in the UK.

The function

In your role as a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of our ambitious and rapidly growing pre-sales team based in London. Our pre-sales team convert leads to pre-sales opportunities, advise potential clients to develop solar energy solutions for them and manage the entire pre-sales cycle from start to finish. You will be working with a team that is mission driven and determined to make affordable, carbon-neutral and decentralised energy solutions available to everyone.

Your impact
  • You will conduct phone call consultations with potential customers and build personal customer relationships with future-Solyans.

  • You will use your consultative pre-sales skills to convince warm leads - people who actively show an interest in our products - to book appointments to make Soly their preferred solar energy supplier, and contribute to the growth of our new UK business.

  • You will overcome client objections to allow them to save costs, be part of the green energy transition, and maximise the benefits of our solar energy system.

  • By building up and growing your own customer base, you will make a significant

    contribution to a more sustainable UK.

Your profile
  • You bring a lot of positivity, energy and enthusiasm to really make a difference.

  • You have a keen interest in selling sustainable products and you are tech-savvy

  • You have an outgoing and communicative personality and you are a true team player.

  • You have relevant experience in B2C or B2B pre-sales and/or sales development, ideally in the energy sector or a related field selling physical/technical products.

  • You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
