The function

In your role as a Customer Service Manager, you will be part of our ambitious and fast paced Operations team and will be responsible for providing an unrivalled customer experience.

Your impact

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and value delivered to the customers before, during and post installation

  • Owning customer and installer experience, as the first point of support and response for our customers

  • Shape the support function process, tools and strategy for short and medium term success

  • Identify areas for continuous improvement across the business, advocating for the customer experience

  • Responsible for installer satisfaction

  • Set, monitor and review KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Your profile

  • You've got a passion for delighting customers, and have experience in problem solving complex issues to a successful outcome

  • Bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm to really make a difference for our customers and enjoy giving the best customer experience every day

  • Keen interest in sustainable products and tech-savvy

  • Outgoing and communicative personality and a true team player

  • Experience in delivering high customer satisfaction

  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
